Quality Assurance definition

Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
Quality Assurance means a planned system of review procedures to ensure that data quality objectives are met and that the best possible estimates and information are reported to support the effectiveness of the quality control programme and to assist Member States;
Quality Assurance means a planned and systematic pattern of all actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a Deliverable conforms to established requirements, customer needs, and user expectations.

More Definitions of Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance means the quality assurance documentation, including but not limited to the quality records, method statements, description of the production and work procedures etc. as required under Purchaser’s, Customer’s and/or Supplier’s quality requirements.
Quality Assurance means the overall program of testing and maintaining the highest possible standards of quality in the acquisition and interpretation of radiographic images.
