Quality Guarantee definition

Quality Guarantee means that the goods will be eligible for a period of warranty, to be used for the agreed or usual purpose, or maintain agreed or usual characteristics.
Quality Guarantee has the meaning assigned to Garantia de Calidad in the Public Works Contract.

More Definitions of Quality Guarantee

Quality Guarantee means a contract in which the bank guarantor promises Walser to be- come liable for the obligation of the Manufacturer with respect to any quality requirements as stipulated in the Manufacturing Agreement and Contracts for the Purchase of Goods.
Quality Guarantee provisions as set forth above, Buyer shall notify Seller, providing information concerning the defect(s).
