Quality Measures definition

Quality Measures means the measures of quality which apply to any Call-Off Agreement or Lease Agreement as set out in the Order Form;
Quality Measures means the mathematical expression of how well the service, product or activity was delivered, based on characteristics determined to be important to the customers.
Quality Measures means the measures defined by CMMI and applicable to the Next Gen Model.
