Quality restaurant definition

Quality restaurant means a restaurant that usually has a turnover of one hour or longer, does not have carry out service, and usually does not operate under a franchise and is not part of a chain.
Quality restaurant means eating establishments of high quality and with turnover rates usually of at least one hour or longer. Generally, quality restaurants do not serve breakfast, some do serve lunch, but all serve dinner. Often they do not belong to a chain of restaurants and generally require reservations.
