QUANTITY ESTIMATES. The Division does not guarantee any purchase amount under this Contract. Estimated quantities are for Solicitation purposes only and are not to be construed as a guarantee. ORDERING: Orders will be placed by the using Eligible User directly with Contractor. All orders will be shipped promptly in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
