Quantity Received definition

Quantity Received has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(a);
Quantity Received. The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and is received at the Manufacturing Site during the applicable period.
Quantity Received means the total quantity of API that complies with the applicable Specifications for the API when received at the MOVA Facility.

Quantity Received. The total quantity labeled on drums of Active Material received at the Manufacturing Site that comply with the Specifications, less any incoming samples, retains or quantities used for testing purposes (such as stability samples);
Quantity Received which shall mean the total quantity of API in Patheon’s possession that complies with the specifications for the API when received at the Patheon Facility.
Quantity Received. The total quantity of Active Materials that complies with the Specifications and was received at the Manufacturing Site during the calendar month.

  • Timber and wood-derived products means any product that contains wood or wood fibre, with the exception of "recycled" materials (see below). Net Sales Proceeds shall not include any reserves established by the Company, which shall be determined by the Board in its sole discretion.

  • Estimated revenue means the amount of revenue estimated to be received from all sources during the budget year in each fund for which a budget is being prepared.
