Quarter 4 definition

Quarter 4 means the fiscal quarter ending immediately following Quarter 3, etc.).
Quarter 4 means respectively the three-month period beginning on September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1 of any Contract Year.
Quarter 4 means the period from 1st January of each year to the 31st of May of the same year.

Related to Quarter 4

  • Quarter Date means each of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

  • Four Quarter Period has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.
