Quarterly Cash Flow definition

Quarterly Cash Flow means for any fiscal quarter of Borrower the consolidated net income of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period (after having taken into account the effects of income tax) plus (without duplication) interest expense, depreciation, amortization and all other non-cash charges, all as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.
Quarterly Cash Flow means, with respect to the Parent for the most recent fiscal quarterly period then ended, the sum of (i) Net Income for such period of the Parent and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, (ii) to the extent previously deducted to determine Net Income, interest expense on Debt of the Parent and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, and (iii) to the extent previously deducted to determine Net Income, depreciation and scheduled amortization payments of the Parent and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (excluding balloon payments of principal).
Quarterly Cash Flow means (i) for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2001, Parent's consolidated EBITDA for such quarter less Fixed Charges for such quarter and (ii) for the period ended December 31, 2001, Parent's consolidated EBITDA for the two quarters ending on December 31, 2001 less Fixed Charges for such two quarters.

More Definitions of Quarterly Cash Flow

Quarterly Cash Flow means Cash Flow for the fiscal quarter ending on the Determination Date on which Cash Flow is to be measured, all as shown on the most recent financial statements and certificates delivered pursuant to Section 0.
Quarterly Cash Flow means the net income of Tenant as reflected on the income statement of Tenant plus [i] the amount of the provision for depreciation and amortization; plus [ii] the amount of the provision for management fees; plus [iii] the amount of the provision for income taxes; plus [iv] the amount of the provision for interest and lease payment, if any; less [v] the amount of the provision for Rent payments.

  • Adjusted Cash Flow for any fiscal year shall mean Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower for such fiscal year (after provision for taxes) plus the amount of all net non-cash charges (including, without limitation, depreciation, deferred tax expense, non-cash interest expense, amortization and other non-cash charges) that were deducted in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year, minus the amount of all non-cash gains and gains from sales of assets (other than sales of inventory and equipment in the normal course of business) that were added in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year.

  • Net Cash Flow means, for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for such period from Gross Income from Operations for such period.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Cash Interest Charges means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, that portion of Consolidated Interest Charges that is either paid or required to be paid in cash during such period, but excluding prepayment or similar premiums paid in connection with any prepayment, repurchase or redemption of Consolidated Funded Indebtedness.

  • Minimum Quarterly Distribution means $0.35 per Unit per Quarter (or with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.35 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • Available Cash Flow means an amount, with respect to each Fiscal Year or portion thereof during the Term, equal to the excess, if any, of the Operating Profit over the Owner’s Priority.
