Quarterly Installment Payment definition
Quarterly Installment Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
Quarterly Installment Payment means the portion of the balance of the Earnings Guarantee to be paid each quarter in the amount of ***** as set forth herein.

Examples of Quarterly Installment Payment in a sentence
The Quarterly Installment Payment payable for each Quarterly Period will be due on the date 45 days after the last day of that Quarterly Period (or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day) and will be accompanied by a schedule prepared by FRP showing, in reasonable detail, its calculation of such Quarterly Installment Payment.
The first Quarterly Installment Payment shall be due on the last day of the sixth contract quarter after the Effective Date, or, in the event the Initial Guaranty Payment is returned pursuant to Sub-section (i) above, the last day of the first quarter after the effective date, and the remainder shall be payable on the last day of every contract quarter thereafter.
