Quarterly Maintenance Contracts definition
Quarterly Maintenance Contracts means those Maintenance Contracts under which the customer is billed Seller and prepays Seller for the applicable maintenance and repair services in advance on a calendar quarterly basis and which are identified as Annual Maintenance Contracts on Schedule 1.13.
