Quarterly Reporting Certificate definition

Quarterly Reporting Certificate. A certificate executed by an Authorized Official of the Borrower delivered pursuant to Section 6.1(b) of the Common Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit O to the Common Agreement.
Quarterly Reporting Certificate means a certificate in the form of Schedule F.
Quarterly Reporting Certificate means a certificate in the form of Schedule D;
