Quarterly Sales definition

Quarterly Sales means total gross sales from product subscription services (does not apply to a la carte sales). The Quarterly Sales shall be calculated by Company and delivered to LFAF in a quarterly sales report (the “Quarterly Sales Report”) within thirty (30) days after each ninety (90) day period in which Company sells the [Products/Services] to Customers introduced to Company by LFAF through GFF CSA, commencing as of the date of the first sale of the [Products/Services]. The Quarterly Sales Report shall contain a detailed breakout of the Quarterly Sales so that LFAF may confirm calculation of the LFAF Referral Fee.
Quarterly Sales means the total dollar amount invoiced by Provider or an Affiliate either directly to Dell or to an authorized distributor for the sale of all Products sold in each Worldwide region through Dell S&P during a Dell Fiscal Quarter. In the event that Provider acquires an Affiliate during the Rebate Period, the total dollar amount invoiced by Affiliate after the date of acquisition will be included in the calculation of Quarterly Sales.

  • The Contract Quarterly Sales Report will include all sales and orders associated with this Contract from Customers received during the reporting period.

  • The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter.

  • The Contractor shall submit Quarterly Sales Reports in the manner and format required by the Department within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30).

  • Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department.

  • The Contract Quarterly Sales Report will include all sales (orders) from Customers received (associated with this Contract) during the reporting period.

  • If no orders are received during the reporting period, the Contractor must submit a Contract Quarterly Sales Report indicating that there was no activity.

  • A MS Excel version of the Contract Quarterly Sales Report will be provided by the Contract Manager prior to the first reporting period and upon any revisions to the form.

  • The Contractor agrees to submit a completed Contract Quarterly Sales Report, Contract Exhibit J, to the DMS Contract Manager as set forth below.
