Queue for Payment definition
Queue for Payment means the list Green Energy Endowment Program participants awaiting payment. Participants must have completed all program requirements and be posted on the Department's website. "Renewable Energy Technology" shall have the meaning as prescribed in 29 Del.C. Chapter 80.
