Québec Line definition

Québec Line has the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.
Québec Line shall have the same meaning as set forth in the TSA.
Québec Line has the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement. "Rate Base" has the meaning provided in Section III.A. of Attachment B.

  • Buyer and its representatives shall have the right but not the obligation, during business hours, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense and upon reasonable notice to Seller, to inspect the Hydro-Québec Power Resources or the Québec Line, subject to Seller’s reasonable site access rules.
