The Portfolios are obligated to provide information to the relevant state securities administrators regarding sales of Class R1 Shares and Class R2 Shares in all applicable states.
The Shareholder Services Agent shall, pursuant to such purchase instructions, coordinate with the transfer agent of a Portfolio to issue the appropriate number of Class R1 Shares and/or Class R2 Shares and record such Class R Shares in the appropriate Omnibus Account.
Except as otherwise indicated below the Shareholder Services Agent shall be required to perform the shareholder services with respect to both Class R1 Shares and Class R2 Shares.
