  • The Partnership, or an affiliate of the Partnership and/or Centaur, expects to be awarded or to acquire a Racing License and a license for Alternative Gaming in Pennsylvania that permits the construction of the Improvements at the Property or a location different from the location specified in the Partnership’s Application for a Racing License (the “Alternative Location”).

  • The Racing License and license for Alternative Gaming will authorize the Partnership, Centaur or an affiliate of either (the entity holding such licenses, the “Licensee”) to construct and develop the Project at either the Property or the Alternative Location.
