Railroads definition

Railroads means Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Conrail Inc., and the Consolidated Rail Corporation. All obligations of the Railroads under this Consent Decree shall be joint and several obligations of Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Conrail Inc., and the Consolidated Rail Corporation.
