RAILWAY LINES definition

RAILWAY LINES means an area of land, a portion of which is covered by a system of tracks, that provides for the movement and making up of trains and includes ancillary structures such as stations, offices, wheel houses, towers, repair and storage buildings.
RAILWAY LINES means the rails, sleepers and equipment pertaining thereto of any railway track, but does not include ballast, embankments, bridges, culverts and other railway constructions.
