Rapid Amortization Date definition

Rapid Amortization Date means the date on which a Rapid Amortization Event is deemed to occur.
Rapid Amortization Date means the date, if any, on which the Rapid Amortization Event occurs with respect to the Series 2022-1 Notes.
Rapid Amortization Date with respect to a Series, is defined in the related Series Supplement, if applicable.

Examples of Rapid Amortization Date in a sentence

  • Such Marginal Interest due (if any) shall be (i) calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months and (ii) due and payable in arrears on each Payment Date on or after the Rapid Amortization Date.

  • Prior to the Rapid Amortization Date for a Series, unless an Amortization Period commences or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, no other principal shall be required to be paid with respect to such Series, except as provided in Section 2.09.

Related to Rapid Amortization Date

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.

  • Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Commitment Termination Date, (ii) the declaration or automatic occurrence of the Amortization Date pursuant to Section 7.03 and (iii) that Business Day which the Borrower designates as the Amortization Date by notice to the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days prior to such Business Day.

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
