Rappahannock River Basin definition
Rappahannock River Basin means that land area designated as the Rappahannock River Basin by the State Water Control BoardVirginia Board of Environmental Quality pursuant to § 62.1-44.38 and which is also found in the Fourth, Seventeenth, Twenty-fourth, Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-seventh and Twenty-eighth Senatorial Districts or the Fifteenth, Eighteenth, Twenty-eighth, Thirtieth, Thirty-first, Fifty-fourth, Fifty-eighth, Eighty-eighth, Ninety-eighth and Ninety-ninth House of Delegates Districts, as those districts exist on January 1, 2002.
