Rate Advances definition

Rate Advances. A variable rate per annum equivalent to the Reference Rate (the "Variable Rate"). Interest shall be adjusted concurrently with any change in the Reference Rate. An Advance based upon the Variable Rate is hereinafter referred to as a "Variable Rate Advance".
Rate Advances. A variable rate per annum equivalent to an index for a variable interest rate which is quoted, published or announced from time to time by the Bank as its reference rate (the "Reference Rate") and as to which loans may be made by the Bank at, below or above such reference rate plus .25% (the "Variable Rate"). Interest shall be adjusted concurrently with any change in the Reference Rate. An Advance based upon the Variable Rate is hereinafter referred to as a "Variable Rate Advance".

  • Whenever any payment shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of payment of interest or fees, as the case may be; provided, however, that if such extension would cause payment of interest on or principal of Eurodollar Rate Advances to be made in the next following calendar month, such payment shall be made on the next preceding Business Day.

  • All such amounts paid by the LC Issuer and remaining unpaid by the Borrower shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to (x) the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls on or before the applicable LC Payment Date and (y) the sum of 2% plus the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls after such LC Payment Date.

  • Interest on Base Rate Advances then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

S. dollar London Interbank Offered Rates for such period appearing on page 3750 (or such other page as may replace page 3750) of the Telerate screen at or about 11:00 a.m.
