Rate Base Assets definition

Rate Base Assets means all generation, transmission, distribution and other utility assets that are used or required to be used to provide service to utility customers, which are included in the calculation of the Corporation’s revenue requirement for the applicable year and are subject to a regulated rate of return;
Rate Base Assets means assets of the Company which are included in FERC’s determination of the Company’s revenue requirement under the OATT.
Rate Base Assets means all distribution utility assets in which the Corporation has invested to provide service to distribution utility customers, which are included in the determination of the Corporation’s revenue requirement and are subject to a regulated rate of return;

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%.
