Rate Certificate definition

Rate Certificate shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.4(c).
Rate Certificate means a request for a change in the rate under a Draw from a Daily Variable Rate to a LIBOR Fixed Rate, as submitted to the Bank by the City Finance Director substantially in the form shown in Exhibit B, attached to this Ordinance and incorporated herein by this Reference.
Rate Certificate means an officers' certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit K, delivered pursuant to subsection 7.2(b), demonstrating in reasonable detail the calculation of the Debt to EBITDA Ratio as of the last day of the subject period.

Examples of Rate Certificate in a sentence

  • Any amounts received under the terms of any Cap Contract on a Distribution Date that are not used to pay such Floating Rate Certificate Carryovers will be distributed to the holders of the Class C Certificates.

  • Certificate Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months).
