Rates and Regulations definition

Rates and Regulations means the Association’s Rates and Regulations as adopted and amended from time to time by the Board.
Rates and Regulations refers to NSPI’s rates and regulations as may be approved by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board from time to time.
