Rating Notification definition

Rating Notification means in relation to an event or circumstance means that the Manager has confirmed in writing to Party B that it has notified each Rating Agency in respect of the Series Trust of the event or a circumstance and that the Manager is satisfied that the event or circumstance is unlikely to result in an Adverse Rating Effect.

More Definitions of Rating Notification

Rating Notification means, with respect to a proposed action, failure to act, or other event specified in the notice (a “Proposed Action”), that the Corporation shall have given written notice of such Proposed Action to each Rating Agency at least twenty Business Days prior to the proposed effective date thereof.
