Ratings definition

Ratings. As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.
Ratings means the ratings from time to time established by the Rating Agencies for senior, unsecured, non-credit-enhanced long-term debt of the Company.
Ratings means the ratings of Moody’s and S&P applicable to the Borrower’s long-term senior unsecured debt.

  • With respect to each other Mortgage Loan, the related special-form all-risk insurance policy and business interruption policy (issued by an insurer meeting the Insurance Ratings Requirements) did not, as of the date of origination of the Mortgage Loan, and, to the Mortgage Loan Seller’s knowledge, do not, as of the Cut-off Date, specifically exclude Acts of Terrorism, as defined in TRIA, from coverage, or if such coverage is excluded, it is covered by a separate terrorism insurance policy.

Ratings. No variation or waiver of this Agreement shall be made if the same would adversely affect the then-current ratings of any of the Notes.
Ratings means the rating assigned by S&P or Moody's to the Borrower based on the Borrower's senior, unsecured, non-credit enhanced obligations.
