Ratio Letter definition

Ratio Letter means that certain Fee and Ratio Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, delivered by Lenders and acknowledged by Borrower prior to the execution of this Agreement.

  • The Sharing Ratios for each separate Investment in a given Series shall be set forth on a separate Investment Sharing Ratio Letter for each Partner for such Investment within such Series.
