RBC Reference Date definition

RBC Reference Date means (a) December 31, 2009 or (b) any later date otherwise agreed to by the Borrower and the Issuing Lender.

  • Outside Reference Date Not applicable.

  • Reference Date means 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year for as long as any Bonds are outstanding.

  • Accounting Reference Date means 31 December of each year.

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Reference Day means each Business Day in the relevant Interest Period, other than any Business Day in the Lock-out Period;

  • Reference data means one or several of the following characteristics of a seating position:

  • Reference Balance Sheet Date is defined in Section 3.5.

  • Inclusion Date means, with respect to any Vehicle, the date that is three months after the earlier of (i) the date such Vehicle became a Redesignated Vehicle and (ii) if the Manufacturer of such Vehicle is a Bankrupt Manufacturer, the date upon which the Event of Bankruptcy which caused such Manufacturer to become a Bankrupt Manufacturer first occurred.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Capitalization Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Latest Balance Sheet Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.

  • Execution Date means the date of this Agreement.

  • Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

  • Balance Date means 30 June or any other date that the Trustees by resolution adopt as the date up to which the Trust’s financial statements are to be made in each year;

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.

  • Reference mass means the unladen mass of the vehicle increased by a uniform figure of 100 kg;

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 4; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 2 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 2.

  • Available Excluded Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of Cash or Cash Equivalents or the fair market value of other assets (as reasonably determined by the Borrower, but excluding any Cure Amount and any Contribution Indebtedness Amount) received (or deemed to be received) by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries after the Closing Date from:

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).

  • Quarter Date means each of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

  • Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.
