RBS Account definition
RBS Account is defined in Section 2.2.7.
RBS Account means the bank account at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., 4 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇; account number ***; Swift address *** (and/or such other account as RBS may notify to the Buyer not less than 5 Business Days in advance of any relevant payment into such account);

The rights granted to us, the CYB Account Bank and the RBS Account Bank in clause 8.3 shall not limit or affect any of your or our other rights or obligations under this Agreement, including the requirement for you to provide and maintain a Direct Debit instruction under clause 8.1, and shall not have the effect of increasing any amount payable by you under this Agreement.

In the event that Agent, in its Permitted Discretion, deems an RBS Account ineligible that it had previously deemed eligible, Agent shall provide Administrative Borrower not less than forty five (45) days notice of such change in the eligibility of such Account.
