R&D Building definition

R&D Building means the building to be constructed by Osceola County pursuant to Article IV of the Restated Development Agreement as a center for technology research and development.
R&D Building means a two-story, approximately 100,000 square foot building (50,000 square feet per level), as more specifically described in the Design Documents, to be constructed by Osceola County pursuant to Article IV hereof as a center for technology research and development, including necessary site work.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Tenant paid more than the amount of Tenant’s Share of Common Area Expenses and/or Tenant’s Share of R&D Building Expenses specified in the statement and the Term has expired, Landlord shall refund such excess amount to Tenant within forty five (45) days of the end of the Term.

  • Tenant will pay the amount Landlord estimates as Tenant’s Share of Common Area Expenses and Tenant’s Share of R&D Building Expenses under Section 4.2 in equal monthly installments, in advance, on the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term.

  • Landlord may re-estimate Common Area Expenses and R&D Building Expenses from time to time during the Term.

  • Where Party B wishes to perform any indoor decoration and remodeling work, it shall follow applicable laws & regulations in construction, fire protection and others and the Regulations Governing Decoration & Remodeling Work of the R&D Building of Hong Hai Kaohsiung Software Park.

  • At any time during the Term of this Agreement, upon 30 days' prior written notice to Lessor, Lessee shall have the right to vacate: (i) the Wallace research and development building (the "R&D Building") loca▇▇▇ ▇▇ the Property, and (ii) a majority of the employees on Lessee's payroll located in the office space in the main building of the Property (the "Office Space").

  • Landlord will maintain insurance on the R&D Building in an amount not less than the full replacement cost of the R&D Building (less foundation, grading and excavation costs).

Related to R&D Building

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
