Reach Media definition

Reach Media means Reach Media, Inc., a Texas corporation.
Reach Media means an affiliated entity of XXXXX, Inc. that is permitted to access the Services hereunder.
Reach Media is hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in its entirety in alphabetical order as follows:
