Reactivation Fee definition

Reactivation Fee means the fee that may be payable by you, following suspension or termination of your access to the Service, for reactivation of such access by us, the amount of such fee being ascertainable from the Website or on request to us at any time;
Reactivation Fee. If your DIRECTV programming service is inactivated because of your failure to pay past due amounts and you want to reactivate the service, you agree to pay a Reactivation Fee up to the amount stated in Section 20 below, in addition to bringing your account up to date by payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and charges. If your DIRECTV programming service is inactivated in accordance with your request and you want to reactivate the service, we may charge you, and you agree to pay, a Reactivation Fee up to the amount stated in Section 20 below. Returned Payment Fee: If the bank or other financial institution on which your payment is drawn refuses to pay DIRECTV for any reason and the check, money order, credit card payment or any other instrument is returned to DIRECTV unpaid, you agree to pay a Returned Payment Fee up to the amount stated in Section 20 below.
Reactivation Fee means the fee payable to resume provision of the Services following a period of suspension in accordance with clause 12.2, as further detailed in Schedule 2 (in all its letters);

Examples of Reactivation Fee in a sentence

  • If your Services are disconnected or suspended for any reason, and you then ask to reconnect to our Services, we'll charge you a Re-activation Fee (as set out in our Guide to Charges and Fees for Residential Customers).

  • In the event KEYHOLDER desires to continue using the Service, KEYHOLDER shall be entitled to do so upon payment of the System Fee and a Reactivation Fee established by the ORGANIZATION.

  • All Payments due to the Company will be debited through the Subscriber Account including without limitation CPE Purchase price, Installation Fee, Activation Fee and Reactivation Fee.

Reactivation Fee means the fee payable by you, following suspension of your access to the Service, for reactivation of such access by us, the amount of such fee being ascertainable from the Website or on request to us;

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Acquisition Fee means any and all fees and commissions, exclusive of Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person (including any fees or commissions paid by or to any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor) in connection with making or investing in Mortgages or the purchase, development or construction of a Property, including real estate commissions, selection fees, Development Fees, Construction Fees, nonrecurring management fees, loan fees, points or any other fees of a similar nature. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.
