Reactive Organic Compound definition
Reactive Organic Compound means any compound containing at least one (1) atom of carbon, except for the following exempt compounds:

Reactive Organic Compound or “ROC” means any compound that has the potential, once emitted, to contribute to ozone formation in the troposphere.
