The Buyer has the right to request the Seller to provide free storage period for maximum three months after the Seller received the Ready for Shipment (RFS) issued by the Buyer.
If Company does not authorize shipment within 30 days after the Ready for Shipment Date set forth in UOP’s notice then UOP may deliver the Equipment to third party storage selected by UOP or, if selected by Company, approved by UOP, and arrange any insurance which Company may request in writing.
