Ready for Start Up definition

Ready for Start Up or “RFSU” means that, with respect to each Subproject, all of the following have occurred: (i) Contractor has completed all applicable Work in accordance with the requirements contained in this Agreement to ensure that the applicable Subproject is ready for use to receive Natural Gas; and (ii) Contractor has delivered to Owner a RFSU Completion Certificate for such Subproject in the form of Attachment L as required under Section 11.1A.
Ready for Start Up with respect to each of the EPC Contracts, has the meaning provided in such EPC Contract.
Ready for Start Up or “RFSU” means that Contractor has completed all applicable Work in accordance with the requirements contained in this Agreement to ensure that Subproject 6(a) is ready to receive Commissioning Feed Gas in those quantities requested by Contractor pursuant to Section 11.1B to begin commissioning of the gas treatment portions of LNG Train 6.

Ready for Start Up or “RFSU” means that all of the following have occurred: (i) Contractor has completed all applicable Work in accordance with the requirements contained in this Agreement to ensure that the Project 5 is ready for use to receive Feed Gas for liquefaction; and (ii) Contractor has delivered to Owner a RFSU Completion Certificate in the form of Attachment 12 as required under Section 11.2A.

Ready for Start Up or “RFSU” means, with respect to each Train, that all of the following have occurred: (i) Contractor has achieved Mechanical Completion of such Train, including Mechanical Completion of all systems and subsystems of Equipment for such Train; (ii) all activities necessary to support the introduction of hydrocarbons, including all utility and process utility, safeguarding and shutdown systems have been pre-commissioned, commissioned and integrity verified; (iii) Commissioning is complete, cool down can commence for such Train, and such Train is ready for startup and acceptance of feed gas; (iv) Equipment vendor representatives and other specialist Subcontractors required to support RFSU and early operations are mobilized at the Site; (v) Contractor has delivered to Owner a RFSU Certificate in the form of Schedule L-3 and Owner has accepted such certificate by signing such certificate; and (vi) performance by Contractor of all other obligations required under this Agreement for RFSU of such Train.

Ready for Start Up means when the activities listed for Mechanical Completion have occurred and the Ethanol Plant has been commissioned and the Ethanol Plant is ready to mill corn at the hammer xxxxx, produce steam, ethanol and wet distiller’s grain.
