Ready to Build definition
Ready to Build. / “Under Construction” means projects with secured land rights, grid rights and DOE SEOC, WESC or HSC, as applicable, as well as on going negotiation and closing of material contracts such as offtake agreements, project financing and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contract, including projects that are undergoing physical construction; and
Examples of Ready to Build in a sentence
Independent Engineer (“IE”) shall mean an individual, selected mutually by E▇▇▇▇▇▇ and RelyEZ, with the necessary qualifications to determine a Project’s status from the following: (i) Ready to Build (RTB); (ii) Mid-Stage Development Project; and (iii) Early-Stage Development Project to qualify the project for acceptance of the JV.
