Reaffirmation Letter definition
Reaffirmation Letter means a letter in the form as set out at Schedule 5, Part B.
Reaffirmation Letter means the letter agreement to be entered into by you pursuant to clause 13 in the form set out at Schedule 4, under which you reaffirm certain provisions of this Agreement on or after the Termination Date.
Reaffirmation Letter means the letter agreement to be entered into by the parties pursuant to clause 19 in the form set out at Schedule 5, under which the Executive reaffirms certain provisions of this Agreement on or after the Separation Date.
