Reaffirmation Letter definition

Reaffirmation Letter means the letter agreement to be entered into by the parties pursuant to clause 19 in the form set out at Schedule 5, under which the Executive reaffirms certain provisions of this Agreement on or after the Separation Date.
Reaffirmation Letter means the letter agreement to be entered into by the parties pursuant to Section 5(d)(iv) in the form set out at Exhibit D, under which you reaffirm certain provisions of this Agreement on or after the Separation Date.
