Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;
the Community means both:
Competitive Real Estate Commission means a real estate or brokerage commission for the purchase or sale of property that is reasonable, customary, and competitive in light of the size, type, and location of the property.
University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.
Real estate sign means a temporary non-illuminated sign installed, erected or displayed on a property for the notification that a building, premises or portion thereof is offered for sale, rent or lease;
Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.
Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.
Other Real Estate means all interests in real estate (other than Bank Premises and Fixtures), including but not limited to mineral rights, leasehold rights, condominium and cooperative interests, air rights and development rights that are owned by the Failed Bank.
School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.
Rural community ’ means any city having a population of fewer than 50,000 or except as otherwise provided, any unincorporated area. Unincorporated areas within any county having a population of more than 100,000 are not eligible; and
Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Community protection zone means the area within eight
Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
Community property means that property of a husband and wife
Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.
Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.
Material Real Estate Asset means (i) any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a fair market value in excess of $2,500,000 as of the date of the acquisition thereof or (ii) any Real Estate Asset that the Required Lenders have determined is material to the business, general affairs, assets, liabilities, operations, management, condition (financial or otherwise), stockholders’ equity, results of operations or value of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, including the Borrower.
Real estate salesperson means an individual who for compensation or valuable consideration is employed either directly or indirectly by a licensed real estate broker to sell or offer to sell, buy or offer to buy, provide or offer to provide market analyses of, list or offer or attempt to list, or negotiate the purchase, sale, or exchange of real estate; to negotiate the mortgage of real estate; to negotiate for the construction of a building on real estate, or to lease or offer to lease, or rent or offer for rent, real estate; who is employed by a real estate broker to engage in property management; or who sells or offers for sale, buys or offers to buy, leases or offers to lease, or negotiates the purchase or sale or exchange of a business, business opportunity, or the goodwill of an existing business for others, as a whole or partial vocation.
Agricultural property means property that is used primarily for agricultural purposes but, without derogating from section 9 of the Act, excludes any portion thereof that is used commercially for the hospitality of guests, and excludes the use of the property for the purpose of eco-tourism or for the trading in or hunting of game;
Community land trust means a community housing development organization whose (i) corporate
Interstate commerce means any commerce moving between any place in a state and any place in another state or between places in the same state through another state;
Intrastate commerce means any and all com- merce or trade that is begun, carried on, and completed wholly within the limits of the State of Washington, and the phrase “introduced into intrastate commerce” defines the time and place at which the first sale and delivery of a commodity is made within the state, the delivery being made either directly to the purchaser or to a common carrier for shipment to the purchaser.
Qualified agricultural property means that term as defined in section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
