Real Estate LLC definition

Real Estate LLC has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(a).
Real Estate LLC means the Delaware limited liability company of which Ski Lifts, Inc. is a member and 99% equity interest holder and the Company is the other member and 1% equity interest holder as of the Issue Date.
Real Estate LLC means Tri-City Real Estate Management and Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company.
