Realisation Fee definition
Realisation Fee means a charge upon the realisation of a Unit of any sub-fund of such amount as may from time to time be fixed by the Managers generally or in relation to any specific or class of transaction Provided That it shall not exceed 3% of the realisation price.
Realisation Fee in relation to the Units, means a charge upon the realisation of a Unit of such percentage of the realisation proceeds as may from time to time be fixed by the Manager generally or in relation to any specific transaction or class of transaction for the Fund and shall not exceed the maximum charge as stated in this Prospectus
Examples of Realisation Fee in a sentence
Such request shall be made in writing to the Consultant Company and shall specify the amount of the fee to be so satisfied (the “Relevant Accounts Realisation Fee”) and the number of Fee Shares that the Company considers should be issued in satisfaction of the Relevant Accounts Realisation Fee (also a “Statement of Fee Shares”).
