Realized Interest Loss definition
Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses treated as Realized Interest Losses pursuant to clause (iv) of the definition of “Realized Principal Loss” or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss set forth in clause (iii) of the definition thereof.

Realized Interest Loss. A shortfall in interest resulting from the receipt of Liquidation Proceeds in respect of a Contract or Mortgage Loan in an amount that is insufficient to pay accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses set forth in the last sentence of the definition of "Realized Principal Loss" or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss described in clause (iii) of the definition thereof.

Realized Interest Loss. Realized Interest Loss means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (i) in the case of a Liquidation Realized Loss, the portion of any Liquidation Realized Loss that exceeds the Realized Principal Loss on the related Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (ii) in the case of a Bankruptcy Loss, the portion of such Realized Loss attributable to accrued interest on the related Mortgage Loan, or the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan or the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note, (iii) in the case of an Expense Loss, an Expense Loss resulting in any period from the payment of the Special Servicing Fee and any Expense Losses treated as Realized Interest Losses pursuant to clause (iv) of the definition of "Realized Principal Loss" or (iv) in the case of a Modification Loss, a Modification Loss described in clause (iii) of the definition thereof. For purposes of this definition, the term "Mortgage Loan" excludes the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan and amounts with respect to the DCT Industrial Portfolio Mortgage Loan and the DCT Industrial Portfolio C Note shall be calculated separately.
