Realized Interest Shortfall definition
Realized Interest Shortfall. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the amount by which the interest payable thereon exceeds the net amount recovered (including Insurance Proceeds) in liquidation thereof, after payment of expenses of liquidation and reimbursement of Advances made with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
