Reallocated Principal Amount definition
Reallocated Principal Amount means, with respect to any series of Notes for any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of series Available Principal Amounts to be deposited into an interest funding account, paid to the Servicer as a portion of the net Servicing Fee or otherwise treated as series Available Funds on the related Transfer Date pursuant to the related Indenture Supplement; provided however, that the Reallocated Principal Amount for any series of Notes for any Monthly Period shall not exceed the sum of the Daily Principal Amounts for each day during such Monthly Period for the subordinated notes of such series of Notes.
Reallocated Principal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of Card Series Principal Amounts which are allocated to be deposited in the Interest Funding sub-Account of any Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes pursuant to Section 3.07(a), (b) or (c) or allocated to the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.07(d), (e) or (f) on such Distribution Date.

Reallocated Principal Amount means, with respect to any Series of Notes for any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of Available Principal Amounts for such Series to be deposited into an interest funding account, paid to the Servicer as a portion of the Monthly Servicing Fee (as such term is defined in the Series 2005-CC Supplement) or otherwise treated as Finance Charge Amounts for such Series on the related Transfer Date pursuant to the related Indenture Supplement; provided however, that the Reallocated Principal Amount for any Series of Notes for any Monthly Period shall not exceed the sum of the Daily Principal Amounts for each day during such Monthly Period for the Subordinated Notes of such Series of Notes.
Reallocated Principal Amount. (a) for Asset Pool One, means the sum of the Reallocated Principal Amounts for all Series of Asset Pool One Notes and (b) for any Series of Asset Pool One Notes, has the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
