Reason Codes definition

Reason Codes means codes established by electronic visit verification vendors and utilized by personal care service providers to explain a manual visit entry/edit or an acknowledgement of exception; passed along to aggregator solution.
Reason Codes means a drop-down list of values, from which the CSR will select the most appropriate to reflect the action they have taken;

  • The Change Request Status Notification Rules for the Change Reason Codes identified in section11.3.1 are specified in Table 11-F.

Related to Reason Codes

  • Distribution Code means the Distribution Code of Licenced Distribution Network Operators of Great Britain;

  • CINS means CUSIP International Numbering System.

  • Transportation Code means that portion of Title 49 of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.

  • Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:

  • Social Security numbers The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Vermont State Statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, including protection from identity theft as outlined in Title 9, Vermont Statutes Annotated, Ch. 62.

  • customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;

  • CUSIP number means the alphanumeric designation assigned to a Security by Standard & Poor’s, CUSIP Service Bureau.

  • FX Telephone Numbers means those telephone numbers with rating and routing point that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone and the ability for the calling Party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as Feature Group A (FGA) calls, and are subject to the originating and terminating carrier’s tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).

  • Supplementary Cardmember means a person who has been nominated by the Cardmember to be issued with an additional Card on the Account and is also covered by the insurance benefits included with the Card.

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion;
