Reason Codes definition

Reason Codes means codes established by electronic visit verification vendors and utilized by personal care service providers to explain a manual visit entry/edit or an acknowledgement of exception; passed along to aggregator solution.

  • On receipt of a Data Request for Change Reason Codes 3080, the MDP must initiate a Change Request to provide the Actual Change Date.

  • The Change Request Status Notification Rules for the Change Reason Codes identified in section11.3.1 are specified in Table 11-F.

  • But any of the Reason Codes used in the Preliminary parameters cannot be used as any of the Final parameters.

  • Use Enclosure R, Tables 42 through 53 for valid degradation Reason Codes.

Related to Reason Codes

  • Distribution Code means the Distribution Code of Licenced Distribution Network Operators of Great Britain;

  • CINS means CUSIP International Numbering System.

  • Transportation Code means that portion of Title 49 of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.

  • ISIN means International Securities Identification Number, being the identification number of the Bonds.

  • CCN means a contract change notice.

  • CUSIP numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of a redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers.   • Winning Numbers means the game results selected during a Drawing which shall be used to determine winning Plays contained on game ticket or ticketless transaction.

  • customs area means the area of a customs station and includes any area in which imported goods or export goods are ordinarily kept before clearance by customs authorities;

  • Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:

  • Social Security numbers The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Vermont State Statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, including protection from identity theft as outlined in Title 9, Vermont Statutes Annotated, Ch. 62.

  • FA , followed by a year, means the Finance Act of that year, and “F(No.2)A”, followed by a year, means the Finance (No.2) Act of that year.

  • AT&T-8STATE means the AT&T-owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas.

  • Line Side means the End Office switch connections that have been programmed to treat the circuit as a local line connected to a terminating station (e.g., an ordinary subscriber’s telephone station set, a PBX, answering machine, facsimile machine or computer). Line Side connections offer only those transmission and signal features appropriate for a connection between an End Office and such terminating station.

  • CUSIP number means the alphanumeric designation assigned to a Security by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service, CUSIP Service Bureau.

  • FX Telephone Numbers means those telephone numbers with rating and routing point that are different from those of the geographic area in which the End User is physically located. FX Telephone Numbers that deliver second dial tone and the ability for the calling Party to enter access codes and an additional recipient telephone number remain classified as Feature Group A (FGA) calls, and are subject to the originating and terminating carrier’s tariffed Switched Exchange Access rates (also known as “Meet Point Billed” compensation).

  • Supplementary Cardmember means a person who has been nominated by the Cardmember to be issued with an additional Card on the Account and is also covered by the insurance benefits included with the Card.

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion;
