Reasonable Advance Notice definition
Reasonable Advance Notice means advance notice given to the Sub-Adviser in a commercially reasonable manner taking into consideration the context of the circumstance.
Reasonable Advance Notice for these purposes shall mean: (1) not less than eight (8) consecutive hours prior notice, if the circumstances giving rise to the cancellation of work are within the control of the Employer or, (2) in the event of “force majeure”, such advance notice that the Employer can reasonably be expected to provide, under the given circumstances.
