Reasonable and Prudent definition

Reasonable and Prudent means the standard characterized by careful and sensible parental decisions that maintain the health, safety, and best interest of a child while at the same time encouraging the emotional growth of the child to participate in extracurricular, enrichment, cultural, and social activities.
Reasonable and Prudent means Parties fulfilling their obligations under the Agreement with that degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight as reasonably and ordinarily exercised by parties engaged in the same line of business under the same or similar circumstances and conditions and in accordance with good practice.
Reasonable and Prudent when used to describe the standard of care to be exercised by a Party in performing its obligations hereunder shall mean that degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by experienced companies engaged in the same line of business under the same or similar circumstances and conditions having due consideration to the interests of the other Party.
