Reasonable and warranted definition

Reasonable and warranted means within the range of alternatives reasonably open to the Medical Executive Committee under the circumstances, and not necessarily that the action or recommendation is the only measure or the best measure that can be taken or formulated in the judicial review committee’s opinion.
Reasonable and warranted means within the range of alternatives reasonably open to the Body Whose Decision Prompted the Hearing under the circumstances, and not necessarily that the action or recommendation is the only measure or the best measure that can be taken or formulated in the hearing panel/arbitrator's opinion.
