Reasonable articulable suspicion definition
Reasonable articulable suspicion means a suspicion of illegal or performance-enhancing drug use based on specific observations made by administrators/instructors of the appearance, speech, or behavior of a participating student; the reasonable inferences that are drawn from those observations; and/or information of illegal or performance-enhancing drug use by a participating student supplied to school officials by other staff members.
