Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that the performance of a party’s responsibilities to use Reasonable Endeavors is adversely affected by another party’s failure to perform its related responsibilities, such party will not be deemed to have failed to use its Reasonable Endeavors in performing such responsibilities.
