Reasonable Settlement Costs definition

Reasonable Settlement Costs means the maximum amount that a prudent Person in the position of the Interested Party, but able to pay any amount, might reasonably agree to pay to settle the tort claim, taking into account the nature and amount of the claim, the relevant facts and circumstances known to such Interested Party at the time of settlement and the additional Attorneys Fees’ and other costs of defending the claim which could be anticipated but for the settlement.)
